Lodestar

Pure, sleek simplicity: a hybrid take on a classic American country & rock ‘n’ roll favorite.

The unadulterated, glossy sheen of this guitar is hard to tear away from. The shining Lodestar is a striking model, pleasing for its minimalist visual aesthetics as well as the purity of structural and sonic integrity players have come to love and respect in the Fender™ Telecaster and Stratocaster brands over the years, with some trademark Novelli touches.

Steve’s Take: “This is a guitar where less is more. It has a single P-90 pickup with a stacked tone/volume knob...gives you a wide range of tones from snarlin’ twang to warm jazz. Telecaster style body. Big 1970’s Strat headstock. I think you can do anything with this guitar. It’s almost like an Esquire™ with just one pick-up, a stacked tone and volume, and it’s really all you need. It’s indestructible. It’s got a bolt-on neck, chopped Telecaster bridge for better/different tone that normal Tele bridge. Unique combination of things that really work well.”
